Cancer: Thriving and Surviving” workshop is a 6 week workshop that meets once a week for 2.5 hours. Topics include in the workshop are healthy eating, creating a physical activity program, managing stress, working with health care providers, better communication with family , friends, co-workers and providers, managing emotions and relationships, managing fatigue, and effects of treatment. Participants also learn about the mind body connection and participate in medication and guided imagery exercise.  Click here for more information.

For adults who live with the daily challenges of one or more ongoing health conditions. Learn to manage pain, fatigue, and other symptoms. Caregivers welcome!  Click here for more information

For adults living with diabetes. Learn about disease complications, healthy eating, exercise, medication and dealing with stress. Caregivers welcome!  Click here for more information.
