Mount Auburn Hospital's Walk-In Clinic, located on the lobby floor of Mount Auburn Hospital in the Ambulatory Care Center, allows patients 13 years or older to receive treatment for minor injuries and ailments. Medical issues such as strains, sprains, rashes, skin infections, upper respiratory infections and simple bone fractures are among the complaints seen. If you exhibit more serious medical symptoms, you will be transferred to the Emergency Department for treatment. At the Walk-in Center, you will be treated by a staff that includes an attending physician, registered nurse and clinical assistant. You do not need to have an appointment to be treated at the Walk-In Clinic. It is recommended that you consult with your physician with any medical complaint. Mount Auburn's Walk-In Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Walk-In Clinic closes early on the day before Thanksgiving at 5:30 pm, and on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve at 4:00 p.m. and is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
