Who Qualifies for Home Health Care?
You or your loved one will need a physician’s referral for care and they will certify that you are homebound in order to qualify for home health care services from CareGroup Parmenter Home Care. Medicare and other insurance agencies considers you homebound if:

- Your condition keeps you from leaving home without help of another person or assistance of medical equipment
