Dr. Lathi is Co-Director of the Elliott Lewis Center in Wellesley, MA. She is a board-certified neurologist, has been working with multiple sclerosis (MS) patients since 1980, and is passionate about her patients’care. She is nationally recognized for her clinical expertise and comprehensive, personalized approach to patient care. Dr. Lathi has participated in numerous clinical trials related to the treatment of MS, including many of the pivotal trials for the disease-modifying medications used today. She is a well-known speaker on wellness, women’s issues, and treatment issues in MS.
Dr. Lathi is recognized as a teacher of residents and medical students by Tufts University School of Medicine. She has repeatedly been one of Boston Magazine’s “Best Doctors” and one of US News and World Report’s “Top Doctors.” She has received the prestigious Physicians Health Care Professional Volunteer award from the National MS Society, is chairperson of eh Healthcare Advisory Committee for the Greater New England Chapter of the National MS Society as well as a member of the Board of Trustees, and is a member of the National Healthcare Advisory Committee of the MS Society. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and he Consortium of MS Centers. She is founder of the MS Service Dog Program.
