Dr. Joshua Katz is the Co-Director of the Elliot Lewis Center in Wellesley and a nationally recognized expert on multiple sclerosis and transverse myelitis. He is an Associate Professor of Neurology at Tufts University School of Medicine and Chairman of the Clinical Advisory Committee of the New England Chapter of the National MS Society. Dr. Katz received his MD degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1992. He completed 7 years of specialty training before beginning his practice, and has been a board-certified neurologist since 1999. Dr. Katz has been an investigator in numerous clinical trials that developed many of the currently available multiple sclerosis treatments, as well as an investigator in more recent trials that have advanced new and innovative therapies. He has received multiple awards from Tufts University School of Medicine for his skill and dedication to teaching.
