Mount Auburn Hospital’s Patient Family Advisory Council is a dedicated team of patients, family, and hospital employees working together to improve the healthcare of you, our patients. We strive to incorporate the voices of our patients and their families in order to continually improve our efforts to provide high quality care. Members offer input on issues affecting patient care throughout the hospital. Topics for discussion have included:

• Patient information and education materials

• Management of patient complaints

• Improvement on food services

• Information on our clinical and support services
