Resources
Because surgery is a major life decision, you need reliable, accurate information to help you make an informed, educated choice. The Guidebooks below provide a detailed overview of the coordinated services offered here at the Longfellow Center for Joint Replacement and are designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of what to expect prior to surgery, during surgery and after to help reduce the stress and anxiety associated with this type of procedure.
Whether you may be a candidate for a hip or knee replacement, each guide provides valuable information on a wide range of topic areas, including an overview of our treatment programs, surgical timelines, calendars and medication charts, preoperative medical requirements, suggested pre-and post op exercise and rehabilitation programs, and much, much more.
