Fluoroscopic studies offered include complete evaluation of the gastrointestinal track, utilizing techniques such as barium swallow, upper G.I. series, small intestine series, barium enema, defecography, and speech and swallow evaluations. Fluoroscopic examinations also include steroid joint injections, myelography, sialography, arthography, and G.I. tube placement.
Diagnostic low dose CT is performed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This includes whole body diagnostic imaging, CT angiography, low dose CT lung cancer screening and dental CT.
Two hi-field strength scanners offer full service MRI including up-to-date techniques in neuro-imaging, musculoskeletal MRI, body MRI and pelvic floor/gynecologic MRI. Breast MRI screening and diagnostic work is also offered, including MRI-guided biopsies.
Up-to-date equipment provides full diagnostic services including OB/GYN, female pelvis, breast, testicular, abdominal, lower extremity vein analysis, as well as thyroid and neonatal head evaluations.
Pet scans demonstrate the biological functions of the body before anatomical changes take place. The CT scan provides information about the body's anatomy. By combining these techniques to perform a CT/Pet Scan, Radiologists can more accurately diagnose and identify the disease.
