Learn comfortable, safe exercises which will help you gradually build muscle and cardiac endurance, and improve your range of motion after treatment or surgery.

Description

Work with Physical Therapist, Lynn Dreyfus, an experienced movement therapist at the Mount Auburn Hospital Rehabilitation Services to get personalized coaching to allow you to return to the activities you enjoy after treatment or surgery. During this five-week series, you will use learn comfortable, safe exercises which will help you gradually build muscle and cardiac endurance, and improve your range of motion.

As a group, we may discuss common concerns like fatigue, manual therapies, and pain management. You will also receive take-home guides to continue your program independently between classes.

This class is appropriate for those who have received a medical clearance by their physician. Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
