In this 45 minute practice, you will lie in Shavasana, yoga's relaxation pose, and enjoy a restful guided awareness followed by a coached breathing practice (Ujjayi). Ujjayi has many profound benefits including soothing and calming your nervous system, decreasing pain, boosting your immunity and stimulating deep healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This practice is not appropriate for anyone who has had an organ transplant or is in the first trimester of pregnancy.
