I began working with pregnant women during a year doing AmeriCorps after graduating from the College of the Holy Cross. The experience of being with women during such a transformative and intense time in their lives changed the trajectory of my life. I went back to school and graduated with a Masters degree from Yale School of Nursing in 2006. Since then, I have been working with women all over Massachusetts and at Mount Auburn Hospital starting in 2013. In addition to my love for supporting women through their pregnancies and births, I also have a special interest in contraception care and counseling.
In my "spare time" I am the mother to my son (born with the Midwives at Mount Auburn) and love hiking, swimming, and cooking.
