Mount Auburn Healthcare at Waltham ~ Primary Care
Mount Auburn Healthcare at Waltham is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a warm welcoming environment. We are a passionate group of healthcare providers who strive to deliver optimal care in a partnership with our patients and their families.
Simply put, our philosophy is “easy access to the provider when sick, and health maintenance to prevent sickness”. We take routine health maintenance very seriously, and utilize our certification as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) to do our best to provide routine health screenings and manage care. PCMH is a concept for patient care that is explained in the PCMH tab below.
We strongly believe electronic communication helps in access to care, and each patient is provided with a personal private patient portal, allowing electronic communication of non-urgent matters with providers and other members of the PCMH team. The portal also allows us to upload to patients educational articles, tapered to personal needs.
All of our providers are Board Certified by their respective Boards. Our building at 355 Waverley Oaks is a state of art, architecturally significant as it is functional. Parking is more than ample, and always free. Other services at “355” are dermatology, endocrinology, obstetrics/gynecology, and bariatric weight management. Blood drawings and x-ray services are here, and results of these communicate directly with our computer system, helping in our PCMH role to keep patients healthy.
Join us in the goal of keeping you healthy as long as possible. Due to the current opioid crisis and regulatory environment, we cannot provide chronic pain management and do not write for chronic narcotic refills.
