Preparing For Your Visit

In preparing for your first visit, we recommend you speak with your care provider to help you understand what may be expected during your hospitalization.  

Before you arrive be sure to:

  • Bring an accurate list of the medications you are currently taking
  • Leave any valuables at home
  • Review the Patient's Rights and Responsibilities
  • Bring a copy of your insurance card
